Delivery Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how Gradioraptor prepares, dispatches, and delivers footwear orders within Singapore.

Gradioraptor delivers exclusively to Singapore addresses, and every accepted order receives free delivery. Orders addressed outside Singapore will not be processed.

The Delivery Timeline

Stage 1: Shipping Preparation

Gradioraptor generally requires 1 business day to prepare an accepted order for shipment. During this period, the order is organized, packaged, labeled, and transferred for courier handling. The preparation period begins after Gradioraptor accepts the order and has sufficient customer and delivery information.

Orders placed on weekends, Singapore public holidays, or days when regular operations are disrupted begin processing on the next available business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore public holidays.

Stage 2: Courier Transit

After courier handover, transit generally requires 1 to 3 business days. The expected combined delivery timeline is therefore two to four business days: one business day for shipping preparation and one to three business days for transit.

The 2-to-4-business-day timeline is an estimate rather than a fixed delivery appointment. Weather, traffic restrictions, building access, courier disruption, inaccurate information, public events, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect timing. Gradioraptor will communicate available information when a material delay becomes known.

Address and Contact Responsibilities

Customers must provide a complete Singapore address, postal code, accessible delivery location, active telephone number, and accurate recipient name. Where a building has entry controls, the customer must arrange reasonable access for the courier.

Gradioraptor may contact the customer to clarify incomplete or inconsistent information before dispatch. If the information cannot be clarified, Gradioraptor may hold or decline the order. Customers should notify Gradioraptor promptly if an address correction is needed.

Address changes are possible only while the parcel remains with Gradioraptor. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, a change may be unavailable.

Cash on Delivery

Gradioraptor accepts cash on delivery only. The full order amount, stated in Singapore dollars, must be available when the courier arrives. The customer or an adult recipient should be present to receive the parcel and make payment.

No delivery surcharge is added, and no online card payment is collected through the website. The courier should receive only the amount shown for the order. Customers may contact daps@gradioraptor.com if a different amount is requested.

Cancellation Cutoff

A customer may request cancellation by emailing daps@gradioraptor.com while the order remains with Gradioraptor. The request should include the order reference and customer contact details.

Cancellation is unavailable after the parcel leaves the warehouse and is handed to the courier. Refusing a dispatched parcel does not create a valid cancellation and may affect whether Gradioraptor accepts later cash-on-delivery orders.

Failed Delivery

Delivery will be considered unsuccessful if nobody is available, the courier cannot access the address, contact details are inaccurate, or the full cash amount is unavailable. In these circumstances, the order will be deemed canceled and returned to Gradioraptor. No failed-delivery fee will be charged.

Gradioraptor may record the circumstances and consider them when reviewing future orders connected with the same customer, telephone number, or address. Repeated failed deliveries may result in additional order confirmation or refusal of a later order where a reasonable operational concern exists.

Parcel Concerns

Customers should review the parcel after delivery. If the product appears damaged when received or differs from the ordered item, contact daps@gradioraptor.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Eligible cases follow the free doorstep collection, 24-hour assessment, exchange, and refund process described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Change-of-mind requests and customer sizing errors are not accepted unless Singapore law requires otherwise.

Singapore Legal Framework

This policy operates alongside the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, including applicable consumer rights concerning goods that do not conform to contract. The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 limits certain exclusions of civil liability.

Customer information used for dispatch, delivery, communication, and delivery records is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Electronic orders, notices, and records are subject to the Electronic Transactions Act 2010.

Mandatory rights provided by Singapore law prevail over any inconsistent provision in this policy.
