This Return and Refund Policy explains how Gradioraptor handles qualifying footwear concerns for orders delivered within Singapore.
The return window is 30 calendar days from delivery and covers only products received damaged or different from the item ordered. Change-of-mind requests, preference changes, and incorrect size selections by customers are not accepted unless Singapore law requires another outcome.
This policy complements the Terms and Conditions and does not remove any statutory consumer right.
A request may qualify where the product was damaged when delivered or the style, color, size, or quantity supplied differs from the order record. The 30-day period begins on the date shown in the delivery record.
The product should remain unworn beyond what is necessary to identify the reported issue. Include the packaging, accessories, labels, and components where available. Damage caused after delivery through wear, misuse, unsuitable storage, alteration, or external events does not qualify under this policy.
Gradioraptor does not accept returns based solely on a change of mind, styling preference, or customer sizing error.
Email daps@gradioraptor.com within the return window. Provide your name, order reference, delivery date, product name, and a description of the concern. Photographs of the product, packaging, and delivery label should be supplied when available.
Gradioraptor will review the initial information and contact you regarding the next step. Eligibility is decided after the returned product has been assessed.
Where the request is suitable for assessment, Gradioraptor will arrange collection from a Singapore address. You must provide reasonable access and have the packaged product available at the agreed time.
Gradioraptor charges no doorstep collection fee and no restocking fee for an eligible return. Do not send a product independently unless Gradioraptor provides written instructions, as un-arranged parcels may not be identifiable.
After collection, Gradioraptor uses a 24-hour assessment period to examine the product, review the reported concern, and compare it with the order record. The period begins when the returned product reaches Gradioraptor.
The assessment considers whether the item was damaged when delivered or differs from the ordered product. Gradioraptor will communicate whether the request is accepted or declined. If declined, Gradioraptor will explain the reason and discuss return of the item to the customer. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
If the request is accepted and replacement stock is available, Gradioraptor will offer an exchange for the corresponding product. Customers will not be charged delivery for an accepted exchange.
If the request is accepted but replacement stock is unavailable, Gradioraptor will provide a refund by bank transfer. The refund will cover the amount paid for the affected product. Since original delivery is free, no shipping amount is deducted.
The bank transfer is processed after the 24-hour assessment is completed. Once processed, the amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in the nominated account, depending on the banking provider. Gradioraptor is not responsible for processing periods controlled solely by that provider.
Bank details must be submitted only through the private channel specified by Gradioraptor. Customers should not post account information publicly or send it to an unrelated address. Gradioraptor uses refund information only for the transaction and record-keeping.
This policy operates alongside the Sale of Goods Act 1979, including applicable terms relating to description, satisfactory quality, and fitness for disclosed purpose. The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, including consumer rights concerning goods that do not conform to contract, applies where relevant.
The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 limits certain exclusions of civil liability. Personal data used to manage requests, collections, exchanges, and refunds is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Electronic notices and records are subject to the Electronic Transactions Act 2010.
Where mandatory Singapore law grants a right beyond this policy, the statutory right prevails.
