Gradioraptor may collect your name, telephone number, email address, Singapore delivery address, postal code, order details, product selections, communications, delivery status, return information, and refund records. Because payment is cash on delivery, the website does not collect online card details.
For an accepted refund, Gradioraptor may collect the bank account information reasonably needed to make the transfer.
Provide bank details only through the private channel specified by Gradioraptor. Never post them publicly or send them to an unrelated address.
Gradioraptor uses personal data to receive and evaluate orders, communicate with customers, prepare parcels, arrange delivery, collect cash, process cancellation requests, manage failed deliveries, handle eligible returns, arrange doorstep collection, perform the 24-hour assessment, provide exchanges, and issue bank-transfer refunds.
Data may also be used to maintain transaction records, prevent misuse, review repeated delivery failures, respond to questions, improve website functions, comply with legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims.
